Diet, exercise and run log

I just put up a permanent page here about my exercise. I really don’t need this to be public, but this way my buddy Kyle can have a look at it because we have a running bet on it. My getting/keeping in shape against his stopping smoking. It’s an indefinite bet, and the price is $100. The link to the page is up in the top right of the site.

    Exercise is something that I’ve been putting off for years. I really have to find it in me to get started.

    It’s easy man.. what really helped me is to set a schedule for your runs (or whatever exercise you’re doing).

    Tell yourself that you will run on mon/wed/sat without fail, and stick to it.

    It doesn’t have to be something huge like a 10k run or anything.. just start off small like 1k or something. Also, investing some money into it helps.. go buy yourself a good pair of running shoes, then you will want to run so they don’t go to waste. :P
