		<description>It&#039;s easy man.. what really helped me is to set a schedule for your runs (or whatever exercise you&#039;re doing).

Tell yourself that you will run on mon/wed/sat without fail, and stick to it.

It doesn&#039;t have to be something huge like a 10k run or anything.. just start off small like 1k or something. Also, investing some money into it helps.. go buy yourself a good pair of running shoes, then you will want to run so they don&#039;t go to waste. :P</description>
