I made a real simple pixel-ish background for myself.. I thought it was kind of cool so here it is for sharing! It’s small. Meant to be put on a black background and centered… so it’s one size fits all.

I went in a little early to work this morning, and as I was walking to the lunchroom to grab a coffee, I walked by another guys radio that he had left on from the night before. He must like an easy listening station or something.. Anyway, as I walked by it started playing Rick Astley - Never gonna Give You Up. I felt like I got Rick Roll’D at work..
As I was laughing about that out loud to myself, another guy that had come in early walked around and corner and caught me laughing alone like a maniac.. now he probably thinks I’m a crazy person.

Metal + chicks = awesomeness. Good metal + hot chicks = super-mega-huge-awesomeness. I just found out about a Canadian band called The Agonist. The lead singer for the band is super hot, and their music is amazing. I’m really impressed with the production quality for a fairly new band (2004) with only one album. They have a new release coming next month, Apr 10th.
I would recommend having a listen to a few of their songs on their myspace page, and watching the new music video for “Business Suits and Combat Boots” on youtube.
As an added bonus, the obligatory hot pics.
Christina Scabbia.. move over. Alissa is just as hot, lives in a better country, and sings better than you. How does that make you feel?

I love poker. Nothing of real substance to say about it here, I just love poker. When the World Series Of Poker comes around each year, I get to watching each episode and each bracelet event, then finally the main event. The main event is something else. It’s a $10,000 buy in, and they got 6,800 entrants this year which makes for a pretty amazingly huge prize pool. The top 666 spots paid this year, and the 666th person got over $21,000 dollars for his efforts. The scale of the thing is just unbelievable.
I’m well into the main event now, and they’re down to about 600 guys left. Should get really interesting from here on.
Man, I need to start playing again. I also need to start playing online.

Ok.. this should do for now. Man that text is small. What do you think?
So basically, I will be using this to write down random thoughts or stuff that happens in my life. That’s super original for a blog, I know.
I just figure I can post things of interest I find on the intertubes, post the off story of whatever happens. I don’t expect anyone to read this crap, but if you find it interesting, great.
PS. Yeah.. gonna increase that font size a tad.
PSS. Much better. Might be too small still for some, but fuck it.

What type of theme do I want? I want something unique, and I have a pretty good idea, but I figure it will take lots of work. I’ll try something “cookie-cutter” for now, and maybe play around with making my own theme later if I feel that keeping this blog up to date is soemthing I want to do.
