diet & exercise

I’m goin on a diet. It’s more of a different way of eating vs a “diet”, because I plan on making this a permanent change, not just something I try out for a while. I’m switching over to eating regularily instead of 2 huge meals a day, and I am getting active. I’ll keep my run/excersize log on this page as a way for me to keep track of it. For now it will display run length in time instead of distance because I don’t have a GPS yet.

Apr 19th: Just a quick update. I’ve also started doing 20 sit ups and 25 pushups after each run. I’m so out of shape that it’s actually quite difficult. I have a lot of work to do before I’m in shape…

Sept 4th: I started running in the morning (just this morning so far), and I actually really enjoy it.. so long as my legs can keep it up I’m going to try running twice a day. I broke my record for the fastest time tonight.
